What you are agreeing to when you buy something here.
Online StoreLast updated 7 October 2026. These terms apply to every order placed at lavishleaf.org with Lavish Leaf Inc, an Oklahoma corporation. Placing an order means accepting them. They are written to be read, not to be impressive.
Lavish Leaf Inc, Oklahoma. Questions, orders and complaints all go to support@lavishleaf.org.
Prices are in US dollars and are set on our side at checkout, not by the page you were looking at: what you are charged is always what the order says. Payment is taken by PayPal, which accepts debit and credit cards without a PayPal account. We never see or store your card details.
Oklahoma sales tax of 6% (4.5% state and 1.5% county) is added to every order, wherever it ships, except groceries, which carry no state sales tax and only the 1.5% county tax. The cart shows the tax before you pay. If a price is obviously wrong (a decimal point in the wrong place), we will cancel the order and refund it rather than hold you to it.
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we accept it, which is when we send the confirmation. We may decline an order: if the item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to you, or if a product is not registered for sale in your state.
Our products ship straight from the supplier that makes or stocks them, so an order with items from two suppliers arrives in two parcels and each part is charged on its own. Shipping is set at what the postage costs us and is shown in the cart before you pay.
Items from our US supplier (most soaps and household goods; about a week), by the packed weight of those items, at the same rate that supplier's carrier table charges us:
The cart shows the exact amount for your order before you pay.
Items shipped direct from the maker (marked on each product; allow 1 to 2 weeks): free when those items come to $9.99 or more, or 3 or more of them; otherwise $2.99.
We post to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. For Alaska, Hawaii, the territories or abroad, email support@lavishleaf.org for a quote. We do not offer pickup or local delivery yet: every order is shipped. Registrations and services, including compost pick-up, are never charged shipping.
Shipping estimates are estimates. Some garden products ship directly from the supplier, which can mean more than one parcel and more than one arrival date. Compost pickup and other local services are available only inside the service area described on the product page.
Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered. Tell us within 48 hours if something arrives damaged.
A registration buys a place in a season, not a guaranteed number of matches: weather, field availability and forfeits happen. Every player must accept the liability waiver before paying, and the waiver is part of these terms. Anyone under 18 must be registered by a parent or guardian.
The league may remove a player or a team for conduct, without a refund, and that is the only circumstance in which a refund is refused for something other than time.
We sell soil amendments, fertilizers and household goods. Nothing sold here is a pesticide unless its own label says so, and we do not make pest-control claims about products that are not registered for it. Follow the manufacturer's label: it is the legally binding instruction, not anything written on our page.
We are responsible for getting your order right and for what the law makes us responsible for. Beyond that, and to the extent Oklahoma law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
An account is optional: you can always check out as a guest. An account keeps your wish lists, cart, shelf order and order history across your devices. It is for one person aged 13 or over. We may close an account that is used to abuse the store. If you delete your account, your lists and settings are removed at once; records of orders you paid for are kept as long as tax law requires, as for any guest order.
See the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
See the Privacy Policy. In short: we keep what an order needs and nothing else, and PayPal handles payment details.
Oklahoma law, and the courts of Oklahoma. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
We may change these terms; the date at the top says when. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.
